Two ways this ends.
Once the system works, someone still has to run it. That is a real choice, not an afterthought, and we scope it with you before the build starts.
You run it.
We build it, document it, and train your people on it. The system is yours, the logins are yours, and nothing we built depends on us staying. Plenty of clients stop right here, and that is a good outcome.
We run it.
We keep the function instead of handing it back. You hold approval authority and we do the work behind it. For some clients that means a recurring process they sign off on and never touch again. For others it means a seat they no longer need to fill. The separation of duties holds either way.
What comes next.
