Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to deliver our services and improve this site. That includes your name and email when you book a call or submit a form, basic browsing data (IP address, pages visited, referrer), and any financial data you choose to share with us in the course of an engagement.

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers we use to run the business — for example, Intuit/QuickBooks for accounting integrations, Cal.com for scheduling, and Kit for email — strictly to perform the functions you’ve asked us to perform.

We use cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; see internetcookies.com for browser-specific instructions.

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to request that we delete it, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time. Email info@bisoncfo.com for any data request.

We protect your data with industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfect; if we ever experience a breach affecting your data, we’ll notify you.
