What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on finance, client support, and project management, primarily within service businesses and e-commerce sectors. The successful candidate will start by helping onboard new clients and eventually manage 3-5 clients with the assistance of a Fractional CFO.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct financial analysis and assist in providing strategic recommendations to clients.
- Oversee bookkeeping, month-end close, and accounting procedures for clients.
- Prepare financial forecasts, cash flow models, and ad hoc reporting.
- Research, create, and implement standard operating procedures.
- Attend client calls and build strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently and remotely, managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Utilize financial software and tools, including accounting systems and Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
Must-haves in a Candidate
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in service businesses and e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Good English language ability; accent is not a priority.

Nice to Have In a Candidate
- Experience in a fractional CFO role or similar consultancy-based financial leadership positions.
- Familiarity with the specific financial challenges and opportunities in the industries we serve.
- Experience with FathomHQ, Syft Software, QuickBooks, Xero Books, and ClickUp.
Other Details
This is a fully remote contract position with flexible hours, based on client needs. Candidates will need to operate within US business hours and be able to take video calls during this time.
Compensation will be determined by client load, with you getting to choose how few or many engagements you want to be involved in.
You'll work closely with both our internal team and occasionally with our clients.
