Sr. Financial Analyst

The role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to help drive our fractional CFO services. You'll lead the onboarding of new clients, and over time take on 3–5 engagements alongside a Fractional CFO. Most of our clients are service businesses or e-commerce, so depth in those models matters.

What you’ll do

• ▸Run financial analysis and surface strategic recommendations
• ▸Oversee bookkeeping, month-end close, and accounting processes
• ▸Build forecasts, cash-flow models, and ad-hoc reporting
• ▸Research and install standard operating procedures
• ▸Attend client calls and build the relationship
• ▸Manage multiple clients independently in a remote setting
• ▸Work fluently in accounting and spreadsheet tools

What we’re looking for

• ▸Minimum 10 years of financial operations experience
• ▸Service business and/or e-commerce background preferred
• ▸Strong command of accounting standards and regulations
• ▸Advanced Excel and QuickBooks proficiency
• ▸Fluent English communication
• ▸Alignment with our mission and values

Nice to have

• ▸Prior fractional CFO or financial consultancy experience
• ▸Industry-specific financial knowledge
• ▸Experience with FathomHQ, Syft, Xero, or ClickUp

Compensation

Compensation is determined by client load — you choose how many engagements you want to be involved in. Flexible hours.
