What You’ll Do
- Act as a key financial advisor to our clients, delivering insights and recommendations to bolster financial stability and business growth.
- Develop and manage financial strategies, including detailed budgeting, precise forecasting, effective cash flow management, and comprehensive financial reporting.
- Tailor and implement financial best practices, processes, and technologies that enhance operational efficiency and deliver valuable insights.
- Provide guidance to internal accounting staff through policies and procedures, general oversight, and leadership.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable advice, fostering financial literacy and responsibility within client teams.
Must-haves in a Candidate
- Extensive experience in finance management, preferably as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or in a similar senior financial oversight role.
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and forecasting methods.
- Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal talents.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) highly regarded.

Other Details
This is a remote, contract-based role offering flexible hours tailored to client needs. Candidates must be able to work within US business hours and accommodate video calls during these times.
Compensation is commensurate with client engagement levels, offering the flexibility to choose your workload.
You will collaborate with our internal team for task completion, allowing you to focus predominantly on direct client interaction and support.
