›extensive finance management experience as a controller or similar senior role
›strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and forecasting
›proficiency with financial software like quickbooks or xero
›analytical and strategic thinking
›exceptional organizational and leadership skills
›bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
