The role
We're looking for a financial leader to serve as strategic advisor to our small and medium-sized business clients. You'll guide them through complex financial decisions and help them optimize performance and grow sustainably across multiple industries.
What you’ll do
- ▸Act as the strategic financial advisor — offer insights that drive growth
- ▸Develop and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow strategy
- ▸Identify and implement client-specific best practices and tooling
- ▸Advise on capital structure, fundraising, M&A, and exit strategies
- ▸Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable plans
What we’re looking for
- ▸Proven CFO, Finance Director, or similar executive financial experience
- ▸Strong data analysis and forecasting chops
- ▸Proficiency with financial software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
- ▸Strategic, analytical mindset
- ▸Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- ▸BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ▸Alignment with our mission and values
Nice to have
- ▸Prior fractional CFO or consultancy-based financial leadership experience
- ▸Industry familiarity relevant to our client base
Compensation
Flexible, remote contract. Compensation is determined by client load — you choose engagement volume.
