Client Services Manager
Full Time · Remote Contract · Remote, Offshore (US business hours)
The role
We're looking for a proactive, organized professional to be the primary client contact across our portfolio. You'll build strong relationships, gather feedback, and make sure our service quality stays high — bridging internal teams and clients to hit mutual goals.
What you’ll do
- ▸Act as the main point of contact for client service needs
- ▸Develop strategies to maintain and improve service quality
- ▸Run regular client check-ins and gather feedback
- ▸Coordinate with the finance team to deliver on commitments
- ▸Resolve client issues promptly while building long-term relationships
- ▸Implement service best practices and policies
- ▸Track and report on service metrics
What we’re looking for
- ▸Proven client services or account management experience in financial services
- ▸Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ▸Strong problem-solving and diplomatic instincts
- ▸Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
- ▸CRM software proficiency
- ▸Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Nice to have
- ▸Experience inside a fractional CFO or controller services firm
- ▸Familiarity with financial management principles
Compensation
Compensation determined by client load. Flexibility in engagement selection.
