As a Client Services Manager at Bison CFO, you'll play a pivotal role in our ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and ensuring they receive top-tier service that aligns with their business objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity of working with both clients and internal staff to make sure objectives are met and each side is achieving their goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Bison CFO clients, ensuring all their service needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to maintain and improve client service quality.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Coordinate with Bison CFO’s financial professionals to ensure that client deliverables are met timely and accurately.
  • Facilitate the resolution of client issues or concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a focus on long-term relationship building.
  • Implement client service best practices and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that enhance the overall client experience.
  • Manage and track client service metrics, reporting on performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Must-haves in a Candidate

  • Proven experience in client services, account management, or a related field within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client issues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other client service technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
  • A passion for Bison CFO's mission and core values, aiming to deliver outstanding service and value to our clients.

Nice to Have In a Candidate

  • Experience in a financial management or advisory firm, particularly in a fractional CFO or controller services environment.
  • Knowledge of financial principles and practices relevant to Bison CFO’s services.

Other Details

This is a fully remote contract position with flexible hours, based on client needs. Candidates will need to operate within US business hours and be able to take video calls during this time.

Compensation will be determined by client load, with you getting to choose how few or many engagements you want to be involved in.

You'll work closely with both our internal team and our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
