Client Services Manager

Full Time · Remote Contract · Remote, Offshore (US business hours)

The role

We're looking for a proactive, organized professional to be the primary client contact across our portfolio. You'll build strong relationships, gather feedback, and make sure our service quality stays high — bridging internal teams and clients to hit mutual goals.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the main point of contact for client service needs
  • Develop strategies to maintain and improve service quality
  • Run regular client check-ins and gather feedback
  • Coordinate with the finance team to deliver on commitments
  • Resolve client issues promptly while building long-term relationships
  • Implement service best practices and policies
  • Track and report on service metrics

What we’re looking for

  • Proven client services or account management experience in financial services
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and diplomatic instincts
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Nice to have

  • Experience inside a fractional CFO or controller services firm
  • Familiarity with financial management principles

Compensation

Compensation determined by client load. Flexibility in engagement selection.
